Este rezolvata cresterea vitezei de formare a straturilor anodice pe piesele turnate de siluminiu, folosind electroliti cu o mare stabilitate în timp. Electrolitul contine pe langa 190..210 g/l acid sulfuric, 16..22 g/l acid oxalic, 40..50 g/l dietilenglicol si adaosuri cu azot în molecula: acid aminosulfonic, tiouree, hexametilantramina în concentratie de 0,5..6 g/l. Procesul se presteaza de exemplu la protectia anticoroziva a carcaselor si subansamblelor turnate sub presiune sau forme din industria electrotehnica.The invention relates to galvanic deposition by electrolytic means, and more precisely, to obtain anodic oxidation protection layers. It is solved the increase of the formation speed of the anodic layers on the molded parts of silicon, using electrolytes with high stability in time. The electrolyte contains, besides 190-210 g / l sulfuric acid, 16..22 g / l oxalic acid, 40..50 g / l diethylene glycol and nitrogen additions in the molecule: aminosulfonic acid, thiourea, hexamethylanthramine at a concentration of 0, 5 ... 6 g / l. The process is for example the corrosion protection of casings and pressure casting subassemblies or shapes in the electrotechnical industry.
