Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru împiedicarea volatilizarii oxidului de crom în baile de cromare. Caracteristica inventiei consta în aceea ca, la solutia de cromare se adauga un produs al oxietilarii alchil-sau alchilarilaminei, sau alcanolamide ale acizilor grasi superiori, la care concentratia activa a agentilor tensioactivi în baia de cromare se gaseste între 10 la minus 14 si 0,1, procente de greutate. Produsul amintit mai sus al oxietilarii alchil - sau alchilarilamidei contine un alchil cu 8 pîna la 20 atomi de carbon si cu 5 pîna la 25 mol de oxid de etilena legat, grupa aril este reprezentata prin fenil, în mod avantajos prin eter alchilaminopolietilenglicolic cu 18 atomi de carbon în grupa aril si cu 7 atomi si/sau cu 20 mol ai oxidului de etilena legat si/sau din amestecul lor. Produsul oxietilarii alcanolamidei acizilor grasi superiori contine de la 5 la 25 mol ai oxidului de etilena legat, catena alchilica a acidului gras contine 17 atomi de carbon si de la 2 pîna la 3 atomi de carbon ai alchiului legat de grupa amino. Aceasta poate fi, în mod avantajos, oxietilena-dietanolamida acidului stearic cu 6 mol de oxid de etilena legat. This may advantageously be stearyl oxyethylene-diethanolamide with 6 moles of ethylene oxide bound. The invention can be used in all areas where galvanic chromium is produced.
