Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de fabricare a contactelor carbonice destinate echiparii distribuitoarelor de prindere ale autovehiculelor, care, în vederea micsorarii caderilor de tensiune la capetele de contact, sunt placate la ambele capete cu un material metal-grafitic obtinut din pulbere de cupru electrolitic, pulbere de grafit natural purificat si pulbere de staniu în proportiile stabilite, iar pentru corpul contactului dintr-un amestec carbonic cu liant novolac fenol formaldehida cuprinzand grafit natural-cocs de petrol degazat novolac fenol-formaldehidic si hexametilentetramina în proportiile stabilite. Amestecurile de pulberi se introduc în matrita într-un raport de umplere adecvat sunt presate si tratate termic în vederea sintetizarii în cuptoare electrice clasice sau sub vid.
