Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui preparat cu actiune vasodilatatoare, administrat în crize hipertensive si în unele induficiente cardiace,în care se urmareste ameliorarea debitului cardiac prin reducerea postsarcinii. Este cunoscut un procedeu de preparare a unui produs fitoterapeutic cu actiune hipotensiva, ce consta îb faptul ca frunzele uscate de Ribes nigrum se extrag de 2 ori cu apa distilata, în raport de 4/35 la temperatura de 100 degree C, timp de 30 min, dupa care extractul se concentreaza prin fierbere de cca 8...9 ori, se filtreaza si se precipita substantele de balast cu alcool, se îndeparteaza apoi alcoolul prin distilare si, în final, se liofiltreaza prin procedee cunoscute.The invention relates to a process for obtaining a vasodilating preparation, administered in hypertensive and in some cardiac inductants, in which the improvement in cardiac output is achieved by reduction of post-arrhythmias.
