Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve or remove the smell of soya milk, by adding the extract of rosemary and sage to soya milk.
CONSTITUTION: The leaves, stalks, roots, etc. of rosemary, sage or their mixture are immersed in water, methanol, ethanol, hexane, or other solvent, and the extract is purified by filtration, steam distillation, etc. The product is concentrated by vacuum drying, etc., and added to soya milk in an amount of about 50ppm.
