Abstract
Procedeu de proteinizare a unor materiale vegetale, conform inventiei, consta în valorificarea unor materiale proteinizate provenite din diferite deseuri vegetale conform inventiei, consta în valorificarea unor materiale proteinizate provenite din diferite deseuri vegetale prin tratarea alcalina a biomasei vegetale, tamponarea acestui mediu si introducerea unei enzime de tipul Trichoderma viride si/sau Aspergillus niger, urmata de culturi de Candida sp.
