Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de realizare a învelisului de protectie pentru capsule de reactie, care consta în aceea ca se macina la o granulatie de pâna la 1500 mium pirofilit, clorura de sodiu, oxid de fier, oxid de aluminiu, materialul macinat, constituit fie numai din pirofilit, fie dintr-un amestec din 80% pirofilit, 17% clorura de sodiu, 3% oxid de fier sau oxid de aluminiu, luat în proportie de 82...97%, se amesteca cu 3...18% liant ales dintre ulei de in, dextrina, novolac, lesie sulfitica, argila, bentonita, silicat de sodiu, silicat de etil si amestecuri ale acestora, amestecul obtinut se preseaza la 500...2500 daN/cm<sup>2</sup>, dupa care produsele presate se usuca 0,5...2 h, la 80...200 degree C si, în final, se calcineaza la 600...1000 degree C, timp de 1...10 h.
