Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a fosfatului dipotasic cristalizat, conform caruia se efectueaza sinteza în solutie apoasa pornind de la fosfat monopotasic tehnic si solutie de hidroxid de potasiu, solubilizarea totala a fosfatului monopotasic realizîndu-se pe masura adaugarii solutiei de hidroxid de potasiu, pîna la pH de 6,5...7,0, dupa care produsul tehnic rezultat este supus purificarii prin precipitare cu un compus de bariu, de preferinta o solutie de hidroxid de bariu în concentratie 8%, în cantitate functie de continutul de ioni sulfat al fosfatului monopotasic utilizat si apoi, dupa adaugarea agentului precipitant, solutia es mentine la fierbere 0,5h se adauga carbune activ si se filtreaza, rezultînd o solutie filtrata care apoi este tratata, sub agitare, cu solutie de hidroxid de potasiu, pîna la pH de 9,75...9,0 iar solutia astfel obtinuta se supune concentrarii si filtrarii cu carbune activ, urmate de cristalizarea solutiei apoase concentrate.
