Abstract

Inventia se refera la un transportor pentru cutiile de formare utilizate în turnatorii, alcatuit din doua cai cu role pe care cutiile de formare sunt transportate pentru a trece pe diferite posturi de lucru unde se realizeaza diferite operatii tehnologice în vederea pregatirii formelor în care urmeaza a se turna metalul lichid. între caile cu role este montat un ac oscilant care datorita unui sistem de antrenare are o deplasare limitata de rotatie si de translatie, pentru ca prin intermediul unor brate de antrenare sa împinga, limitat, corespunzator unu tact, întreg sirul de cutii de formare. Deplasarea se face alternativ pe cele doua cai de role si în sensuri contrare. Trecerea cutiilor de pe o cale cu role pe alta cale cu role, se realizeaza cu niste dispozitive de transfer.
