Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea sorbinilului cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) care se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca, are loc cristalizarea sarii de sorbinil cu (-)-3-aminometilpinan, prin racirea unei solutii sub reflux de (-)-3-aminometilpinan (vezi formula) într-un alcool inferior sau un amestec de alcooli inferiori si transformarea acestei sari cu aminopinanul în sorbinil sau într-o sare a acestuia, acceptabila farmaceutic, prin metode, în sine cunoscute.
