Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de metalizare chimica a pieselor injectate din copolimer A.B.S. si face parte din domeniul chimiei. Procedeul consta în asperizarea I cu o solutie de acid sulfuric, fosforic, cromic; asperizarea II si sensibilizarea cu o solutie apoasa continînd acetona si saruri anorganice (clorura de Ca si Sn); avtivare cu o solutie de clorura de paladiu; nichelare chimica; depunere succesiva de Cu, Ni, Cr, prin metode eleczrochimice. Aderenta filmului metalic pe suport creste de la 0,140 la 2 kg/25 mmm datorita asperizarii chimice în doua trepte. Piesele din A.B.S. astfel metalizate, se aplica la realizarea armaturilor si a pieselor pentru instalatii sanitare în industria electronica, constructia autovehiculelor etc.
