Inventia se refera la o instalatie care utilizeaza energia mecanica a vibratiilor pentru a încalzi si a suda prin frecare componentele mecanice ale unei îmbinari. Instalatia permite sudarea prin frecare a pieselor cu sectiune de orice forma, întrucat frecarea nu se mai realizeaza printr-o miscare de rotatie, ci printr-o miscare de translatie oscilanta, aplicata uneia dintre piesele care se sudeaza în conditiile prestarii acesteia pe suprafata fixa a celei de a doua piesa. Instalatia realizeaza miscarea de oscilatie a piesei cu ajutorul unui generator de vibratii si cu un sistem de arcuri disc coaxiale cu generatorul amplasate fata de axul piesei vibrate.The invention relates to a plant that uses the mechanical energy of vibrations to heat and weld by friction the mechanical components of a joint. The installation allows friction welding of any section parts of any shape, since friction is not accomplished by a rotation motion but by an oscillating translation motion applied to one of the parts which are welded under the conditions of its provision on the fixed surface of of the second piece. The installation performs the oscillation movement of the workpiece by means of a vibration generator and a coaxial disk spring system with the generator positioned against the axis of the vibrating part.
