Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de granulare sferica a zeolitilor naturali si sintetici, si a sitelor moleculare, consta în aceea ca zeolitul sau sita moleculara respectiva cu un continut de apa de 20...21% se amesteca treptat si sub agitare o solutie de silicat de sodiu, ce contine 345 parti silicat/litru, careia i s-a adaugat anterior 20% clorura de sodiu si 2% uree, ambele raportate la solutia de silicat de sodiu, rezultînd astfel o suspensie care se picura într-o baie de granulare, constituita dintr-o solutie ce contine 450 g clorura de calciu/litru, al carui pH este 5,5-9,5 dupa 5-6 minute se separa granulele, se usuca la temperatura de 110-130 degree C, se calcineaza timp de 2 ore la 400-450 degree C, apoi se spala cu apa la temperatura de 90-95 degree C, timp de 30 min, raportul de amestecare fiind 1 g granule la 20 cm3 apa.
