Abstract
Procedeul de preparare a acidului cianhidric din metanol si amoniac folosind, într-o prima treapta, reactia de descompunere a metanolului în oxid de carbon si hidrogen, la temperaturi de 150...600 degree C, presiuni de 1...100 bar absolut si în prezenta unui catalizator continînd zinc, de preferinta constînd din oxizi de zinc, cupru si crom si apoi, într-o a doua treapta, efectuarea sintezei metanului din oxid de carbon si hidrogen, în prezenta unui catalizator pe baza de nichel, care contine de preferinta oxizi de nichel si ca substanta suport oxid de aluminiu, de siliciu sau de titan, cu sau fara metale promotoare, si dupa care într-o a treia treapta, este efectuata sinteza acidului cianhidric din metan si amoniac, în conditiile procedeului BMA, în prezenta unui catalizator de platina, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, amestecul de gaz rezultat din prima treapta si constînd din oxid de carbon si hidrogen, este ajustat prin adaugare de hidrogen suplimentar la un raport CO:H2 de 1:2,5...5, de preferinta 1:3, amestecul de metan si apa rezultat în cea de a doua treapta fiind supus separarii pentru obtinerea metanului anhiddru, iar hidrogenul rezultat sub forma de gaz rezidual dupa separarea acidului cianhidric fiind recirculat total sau partial pentru ajustarea raportului CO:H2 necesar efectuarii treptei a doua, de metanizare.
