Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru realizarea vaselor metalice emailate cu pereti subtiri si fund gros. Procedeul consta din ambutisarea si laminarea concomitenta a unui semifabricat din tabla care a fost supus unei ambutisari prealabile. Subtierea peretilor vasului se realizeaza cu ajutorul unor bile de laminare, care se rotesc în jurul vasului, primind miscarea de rotatie de la un grup de antrenare format dintr-un corp, un pinion de atac si o coroana dintata. Laminarea se realizeaza în acelasi timp cu înaintarea semifabricatului actionat de un poanson si mentinut în pozitie corespunzatoare de catre un inel de retinere. procedeul si dispozitivul, conform inventiei, cu avantajul realizarii unei productivitati marite datorita reducerii timpului de lucru si datorita reducerii consumului energetic.
