Procedeul de obtinere a 3-etoxiestr-3,5-dien-17-inei sau 3-etoxiandrost-3,5-dien-17-onei conform inventiei se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca în scopul îmbunatatirii randamentului de reactie si a gradului de puritate a produsului rezultat se adauga treptat la temperatura initiala de 20...22 degree C drept catalizator acid metasulfonic în alcool etilic la un raport molar de 1:80 fata de componentul steroidic reactia fiind considerata terminata pe baza unui control cromatografic izolarea produsului de reactie efectuîndu-se în conditii cunoscute.
