Abstract

Inventia se refera la o masina pentru calirea superficiala prin curenti de inductie a rolelor care prezinta la unul din capete un guler, realizînd încalzirea simultana a întregii suprafete a piesei supuse calirii. Piesa care urmeaza a fi calita estedirijata, prin intermediul unor role, spre un dispozitiv de alimentare care dirijeaza piesa respectiva spre un dispozitiv de transfer pentru a amplasa piesa spre un inductor cu deplasare axiala. Pentru a se cali numai suprafata cilindrica, fara calirea suprafetei gulerului piesa respectiva este coborîta partial în fluidul de calire.
