Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de elaborare a unui otel, destinat forjarii sau laminarii unor piese, table, profile s.a., necesare realizarii unor utilaje care lucreaza în mediu de hidrogen sulfurat. în scopul cresterii gradului de puritate si al rezistentei la coroziune sub sarcina, procedeul, conform inventiei, consta din elaborarea otelului în cuptorul electric cu arc, Siemens-Martin sau Convertizor, omogenizarea chimica termica si purificarea prin barbotare cu argon în oala de turnare si amplificare a unui tratament metalurgic în instalatia de vidare care consta din 1-2 încalziri ale sarjei, doua degazari la presiune sub 1 Torr timp de 30-35 min, dezoxidare si desulfurare avansata, precum si microaliere cu aluminiu si zirconiu în vid sub 0,5 Torr. Procedeul, conform inventiei, se poate aplica si altor oteluri de acest tip.The invention relates to a process for the production of a steel, for forging or rolling of parts, sheets, profiles, etc., necessary for the production of machines working in a hydrogen sulphide medium.
