Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru tratamentul metalurgic a otelului lichid în oala de turnare sub vid cu aport de caldura si decarburare avansata, într-o instalatie VAD-VOD. în cadrul inventiei au fost concretizate pentru acest tip de instalatii de capacitate 55-65 t pe sarja, datele de lucru cu privire la conditiile pe care trebuie sa le îndeplineasca sarja la evacuarea din cuptor: analiza chimica si supraîncalzirea peste punctul lichidus al otelului necesara desfasurarii tratamentului cu productivitate si eficienta maxima. De asemenea, s-au stabilit presiunea si debitul gazului inert pentru amestecarea otelului în timpul tratamentului, parametrii de lucru si randamentul O2 pentru decarburare, vacuumul optim din instalatie si duratele limita ale perioadelor caracteristice, precum si natura chimica a zidariei refractare a oalei de turnare pentru cazurile în care se trateaza oteluri cu Cr mai mic de 0,5%.The invention relates to a process for the metallurgical treatment of liquid steel in a vacuum casting furnace with advanced heat input and decarburization in a VAD-VOD plant.
