Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de microîncapsulare a unor materiale nemiscibile cu apa, în pereti de poliuree, prin constituirea unei faze apoase,continînd un emulgator ales din grupa constituita din lignosulfonat de sodiu, de potasiu, de magneziu, de calciu sau amoniu în care se disperseaza o faza nemiscibila, constituita din polimetilenpolifenilizocianat, dizolvat într-un material nemiscibil cu apa si, în final, se adauga sub agitare o amina polifunctionala care reactioneaza cu polimetilenpolidifenilizocianatul, pentru a forma un perete protector, concentratia materialului nemiscibil cu apa fiind de 480...700 g/l, concentratia polimetilenpolifenilizocianatului fiind de 3,5...21,0% greutate raportat la materialul nimiscibil cu apa, concentratia aminei polifunctionale fiind de 1,5...9,0% în greutate, raportate la materialul nemiscibil cu apa, reactia de policondensare fiind condusa la o temperatura situata deasupra punctului de topire a materialului nemiscibil cu apa, dar sub 80 degree C...
