Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru taierea maselor ceramice, în dosebi a maselor ceramice cu oxizi nesinterizate. Cu ajutorul inventiei, se urmareste cresterea productivitatii la taierea unor astfel de mase prin realizarea unei mai bune calitari a taieturii, evitîndu-se impurificarea deseurilor de materiale. Sopul inventiei este atins, prin aceea ca, printr-o masa obtinuta prin extruderea, sînt ghidate unul sau mai multe jeturi de lichid cu o viteza de ejectie de cel putin o 100 m/s si cun diametru de 0,05 la 0,5 mm, viteza de înaintare a taierii fiind astfel aleasa, încît prin surplusul de lichid trimis în zona de taiere sa poata fi realizata o racire a masei. Ca lichid de taiere se foloseste o solutie apoasa de 0,5-4% a liantului masei ceramice cu oxizi.
