Abstract

Conform inventiei, laptele praf medicamentos pentru combaterea distrofiei la sugari este constituit din 30...45 parti zara cu 9,5% substanta uscata, 35...70 parti lapte degresat continînd 8,5% substanta uscata, 6...8 parti smîntîna continînd 35% grasime, 2,5...3,5 parti maltodextrina cu 96% substanta usacta, 0,3...0,6 parti compus vitaminic, continînd minimum 94% vitamina C. Procedeul pentru obtinerea laptelui praf medicamentos consta în aceea ca laptele de vaca degresat, cu continut de grasime 0,005%, se încalzeste la 71...72 degree C si se supune precipitarii cu CaCl2 în proportie de 0,04% la pH de 3,3...5,2 prin adaos de HCl diluat, încalzind la 91 degree C timp de 10...15 min, dupa care zerul se decanteaza, iar precipitatul se spala cu apa adusa la pH 6...5,5 apoi coprecipitatul se macina pentru obtinerea unei mase pastoase cu circa 25% substanta uscata si se dilueaza la 12,5% substanta uscata cu solutie de bicarbonat de sodiu avînd 4...5% bicarbonat raportat la substanta uscata din coprecipitat, sub încalzire la 75...80 degree C si mentinerea la aceasta temperatura 5...10 min, dupa care amestecului i se adauga maltodextrina solubilizata în apa la 50 degree C si pasteurizata la 75...80 degree C circa 10 min si racita la 50 degree C, apoi se adauga smîntîna rezultata de la degresarea laptelui folosit la obtinerea coprecipitatului proteic, care a fost pasteurizat la 89...90 degree C si racita la 50 degree C, dupa care, sub agitare.............
