Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie pentru separarea continua si deschiderea unor cantitati relativ mari de condensat, din sisteme cu o suprapresiune redusa de preferinta din instalatii de evaporare cu mai multe trepte, asa cum se folosesc la fabricarea zaharului. Se urmareste folosirea optima a aburului utilizat ca agent termic, cu costuri de investitii si de întretinere relativ mici si cu o mare securitate a muncii, într-o instalatie, prin separarea continua si destinderea simultana a condensatului. Solutia tehnica prevede intrarea condensatului într-un compartiment inferior al unui recipient, apoi într-un compartiment superior, printr-un canal deversor, care se poate închide cu ajutorul unui sistem de închiere, format dintr-un corp cilindric inelar, o tija de actionare si un corp de ridicare. Deoarece în compartimentul superior exista o presiune mai joasa decît în cel inferior, o parte din condensat se transforma în abur secundar, care este scos pe la partea superioara a dispozitivului pentru valorificarea, în continuare, ca agent termic, iar restul de condensat curge într-un recipiuent de colectare sau într-un alt dispozitiv, conform inventiei, pentru detindere în trepte.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for continuously separating and opening relatively large amounts of condensate from systems with a low overpressure preferably from multistage evaporator plants as used in the manufacture of sugar. The optimal use of steam used as a heat agent, with relatively low investment and maintenance costs and high labor safety in a plant, through continuous separation and simultaneous expansion of the condensate, is sought. The technical solution provides for the condensate to enter a lower compartment of a container, then into a superior compartment through a spillway which can be closed by means of a closure system formed of an annular cylindrical body, and a lifting body. Since in the upper compartment there is a lower pressure than the lower one, a part of the condensate is converted into secondary steam, which is removed from the upper part of the device for further utilization as a thermal agent, and the remainder of the condensate flows, a collection receptacle or other device according to the invention for stepping away.
