Abstract

Masina de sudat materiale plastice plan liniare face parte din domeniul constructiilor de masini si rezolva sudarea reperelor din materiale plastice, prin transformarea lucrului mecanic de frecare în caldura, folosind oscilatii plan liniare de jasa frecventa, sub actiunea unei forte de apasare. Producerea oscilatiilor liniare de joasa frecventa se face pe cale mecanica, utilizînd un motor electric, a carui turatia este amplificata si transformata, printr-o biela manivela, în miscare plan liniara de joasa frecventa. Aceasta miscare se aplica unui suport inferior, în care se afla fixat unul din reperele de sudat, iar cel de-al doilea reper de sudat se fixeaza într-un suport superior, care, sub actiunea unui cilindru pneumatic, realizeaza forta de apasare necesara frecarii celor doua repere, respctiv sudarii lor.The linear planer welding machine is part of the machine construction field and solves the welding of plastic parts by transforming the mechanical friction work into heat using linear flat oscillations under the action of a pressing force. The production of low frequency linear oscillations is done mechanically using an electric motor whose speed is amplified and transformed by a white crank in low frequency planar motion. This movement is applied to a lower support in which one of the welding points is fixed and the second welded part is fixed to a top support which, under the action of a pneumatic cylinder, achieves the force required to apply the friction the two landmarks, resp. their welders.
