Abstract

Procedeul pentru obtinerea unui compound pe baza de poliuretan, caracterizat prin aceea ca poliuretanul elastomer, microcelular-recuperabil, rezultat prin procedeul de turnare directa sau prin procedeul de injectie, se taie la dimensiuni de 5...25 mm, se preâncalzeste la 60...100 grade C, se degazeaza partial sau total prin trecere pe valturi simple sau cu racleti, la temperatura de 60...170 grade C, deschiderea fiind de 0,1...2 mm se macina la dimensiuni de 2...6 mm, se amesteca cu policlorurade vinil plastifiata, în proportie de 10...50% în greutate si amestecul se trece prin valturi sau pe masura de compoundare la temperatura de 140...180 grade C, în final compoundul granulându-se prin metode mecanice sau termomecanice.
