Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un distribuitor de lichid sub forma de film pentru schimbatoare de caldura verticale si, în mod particular, pentru distribuirea sub forma de film a solutiei de uree care iese dintr-un reactor de sinterizare a acesteia înspre tuburile dispozitivului de descompunere, cu presiunea înalta, pentru carbonat de amoniu. Distribuitorul este constituit dintr-un pat cu umplutura, ca, de exemplu, inelele Raschig, care se sprijina prin intermediul unei site de sîrma sau al unor placi perforate, pe un gratar constituit din bare, asezat deasupra unor tuburi verticale, închise la capetele superioare, care comunica cu tevile schimbatorului de caldura vertical si care au practicate lateral niste orificii de scurgere peliculara în interiorul acestora unui lichid.
