Abstract
Procedeul de fabricare a pieselor din dispersii fasonate termoplastice si particule de lemn, conform caruia, particulele de lemn, de preferinta sub forma de fibre, sînt umezite cu o dispersie terpolimera apoasa libera de plastifianti si fin dispersata, pe baza de ster al acidului acrilic sau de copolimer ester stirenic al acidului acrilic sau cu o dispersie apoasa de homopolimer al acetatului de vinil libera de plastifianti si fin dispersata. în continuare perticulele de lemn sînt comprimate în straturi groase, spre a fi apoi formate sub actiunea presiunii la cald într-unul sau mai multe substraturi ce formeaza piese fasonate. Continut de materii solide ale dispersiilor termoplastice este de 39..57%, în timp ce continutul de materii solide, raportul la masa particulelor de lemn este de 10...40%, iar dispersiile termoplastice sînt aplicate diferentiat, corespunzator cerintelor impuse fiecarui strat. Se, pot de asemneea realiza materiale din mai multe straturi în care caz amestecului de particule de lemn si de materiale termoplastice ase stratului de mijloc se afuna prin amestecare o rasina de reeformaldehidica, în proportie de 0,5...30%, în greutate, raportat la masa totala a startului. Procedeul se utilizeaza în industria prelucrarii lemnului.
