Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru realizarea formelor de turnatorie, din semiforme confectionate succesiv, semiforme confectionate succesiv, semiforme care, împreuna cu ramele în care au fost formate, sunt dirijate pe niste transportoare, permitînd utilizarea corespunzatoare a timpilor tehnologici în functie de tactul transportorului. Pe liniile transportoare sunt amplasate niste dispozitive care permit realizarea succesiva a semiformelor de turnare. Daca în dispozitivul de alimentare cu material de formare se afla o rama inferioara pentru semiforma inferioara în dispozitivul de extragere se afla o alta rama, în care se afla o semiforma superioara. Pe acelasi plan vertical si sub rama cu forma superioara se afla semiforma inferioara. Aceste semiforme sunt extrase în aceeasi operatie pentru ca prin asamblare sa alcatuiasca forma de turnare respectiva.
