Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a solutiei injectabile 10% de gluconat de calciu, utilizînd ca stabilizant clorura de sodiu prin care se prepara, în autoclava la 80 degree C, sub agitare, solutia apoasa de 10% gluconat de calciu continînd 8...10 degree /00 clorura de sodiu, solutia obtinuta fiind supusa mai departe autoclavizarii sub agitare, la presiune de 1,8...2 at, timp de 2h la 114...120 degree C, dupa care este racita la 70 degree C, cînd se adauga 1 degree /00 carbune activ, iar la 45 degree C, cu racirea oprita se efectueaza filtrarea sub presiune de azot de 1,8...2 at pe filtrul-lentila prevazut cu strat filtrant adecvat, format din 8 hîrtii de filtru intercalate între pînza si matase, astfel ca filtrarea sa fie terminata pîna la 32 degree C, dupa care solutia este colectata în rezervoare inoxidabile cilindrice si lasata în repaus 6...12h (functie de temperatura ambianta), primele nuclee de cristalizare la baza rezervoarelor, iar la marginea superioara a lichidului apare un strat fin de cristale, dupa care se corecteaza solutia prin diluare la 10,2%, se adauga 1 degree /00 carbune activ, se barboteaza azot 15...20 min, se filtreaza pe filtrul Seitz si în continuare, prin filtrul Milipor, obtinîndu-se o solutie sterila limpede, complet lipsita de impuritati mecanice sau germeni cristalini, care este trimisa la masinile de înfiolare.
