Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un furaj proteinat din dejectii de pasare îmbogatit îmbogatit în substante biologice active care contine: circa 15% apa, 22,5-25,50% proteina în substanta uscata cu 2,2-6,3% concentratie individuala în diversi aminoacizi, îndeosebi la acid glutamic, glicina, acid aspartic, alamina etc., 1,5 - 3,0 mg vitamina B12 la 100 g produs si 42% substante extractive neazotate, rezultate din proces fermentativ anaerob metanogen. Pentru aceasta se utilizeaza un procedeu la care dejectiile avicole semilichide brute sunt supuse, în prima faza, unu proces de fermentare anaeroba mezofila (la temperatura de 35 degree C + - 2 degree C) iar în a doua faza, la deshidratare prin centrifugare cu centrifuga filtranta cu ax orizontal si prin evaporarea sub vacuum la temperatura de 60 degree C. Fermentarea anaeroba mezofila se realizeaza în conditiile unei agitari continue, la o valoare a criteriului Reynolda modificat de 18-22 si la o intensitate a recircularii materialului supus fermentarii de 2-4 ori volumul total în 24h, cu o sarcina organica de 2,0-2,5 kg S.O./m3 bazin si ovîrsta medie a namolului de 25 zile.
