Abstract
Inventia se refera la o celula solara realizata din siliciu amorf cu azot si hidrogen, destinat captarii radiatiei luminoase si conversiei directe a acesteia în energie electrica. Celula solara, conform inventiei, este constituita dintr-o succesiune de straturi de siliciu amorf cu azot si hidrogen, semiconductoare cvasiintrinsece si dopate "n", "p" sau izolatoare, care, împreuna cu electrozii transparenti sau metalici asociati, constituie o jinctiune p-i-n sau o bariera MIS fotovoltaica, toate straturile semiconductoare sau izolatoare ale structurilor fiind realizate prin descarcare luminiscenta într-un amestec gazos de silan si azot la diverse dilutii si cu adaosul de dopant necesar.The invention relates to a solar cell made of amorphous silica with nitrogen and hydrogen, designed to capture the radiant light and convert it directly into electrical energy. The solar cell according to the invention consists of a succession of layers of amorphous silica with nitrogen and quasi-sinusoidal semiconductor and doped "n", "p" or insulators, which, together with the associated transparent or metallic electrodes, constitute a pin or a photovoltaic MIS barrier, all the semiconductor or insulating layers of the structures being made by luminous discharge in a gaseous mixture of silane and nitrogen at various dilutions and with the necessary dopant addition.
