Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratare a tesaturilor din celofibra încleiate cu produse lavabile, caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul conferirii unor proprietati îmbunatatite de tuseu, moliciune, stabilitate dimensionala si nesifonabilizare, tesaturile dezancolate, albite, vopsite, imprimate, uscate pe rama la temperatura de 100...120 degree C, alimentarea tesaturii avînd loc cu avans de 6...7% concomitent cu o întindere în sensul bataturii de 2% fata de latimea nominala umiditatea de iesire fiind 13%, tesatura uscata depunîndu-se în pliuri libere, dupa care urmeaza impregnarea pe fulard cu o flota care contine 170 g/l rasina ureoformaldehida modificata ca etanol, 5g/l azotat de amoniu, 20g/l eter alchilpoliglicolic 30%, substanta uscata, 50g/l asuplant derivat de acid gras neionic, 5g/l diamida acidului carbonic (carbamida) stoarcerea la un grad de 80% si uscarea pe rama de pretat prevazuta cu lant cu ace, condensarea la temperatura de 150 degree C timp de 3 min, urmata de calandarea la 120 degree C la o presiune de 55...56 kgf/cm2 si o viteza de 32 m/min.
