Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un aparat bazat pe o metoda termoelectrica pentru controlul nedistructiv al stratului superficial al metalelor, obtinut prin tratament termochimic de cimentare sau de nitrurare. Problema se rezolva prin aceea ca constructia sondei asigura, pe lînga mentinerea constanta a temperaturii de contact, o distributie reductibila a temperaturii în adîncime, care se extinde dincolo de zona de trecere a stratului de difuzie; astfel, pe lînga tensiunea termocuplului sonda-strat se va masura si tensiunea termocuplului sonda-miez, dependenta de grosimea stratului.
