Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un aparat bazat pe o metoda termoelectrica pentru controlul nedistructiv al stratului superficial al metalelor, obtinut prin tratament termochimic de cimentare sau de nitrurare. Problema se rezolva prin aceea ca constructia sondei asigura, pe lînga mentinerea constanta a temperaturii de contact, o distributie reductibila a temperaturii în adîncime, care se extinde dincolo de zona de trecere a stratului de difuzie; astfel, pe lînga tensiunea termocuplului sonda-strat se va masura si tensiunea termocuplului sonda-miez, dependenta de grosimea stratului.The present invention relates to an apparatus based on a thermoelectric method for non-destructive control of the superficial layer of metals obtained by thermochemical cementation or nitration treatment. The problem is solved by the fact that the probe construction provides, in addition to maintaining constant contact temperature, a reducible depth distribution in the depth that extends beyond the diffusion passage area; thus, besides the probe-layer thermocouple voltage, the core-core thermocouple voltage, depending on the thickness of the layer, will also be measured.
