Problema se rezolva prin aceea ca constructia sondei asigura, pe lînga mentinerea constanta a temperaturii de contact, o distributie reductibila a temperaturii în adîncime, care se extinde dincolo de zona de trecere a stratului de difuzie; astfel, pe lînga tensiunea termocuplului sonda-strat se va masura si tensiunea termocuplului sonda-miez, dependenta de grosimea stratului.The present invention relates to an apparatus based on a thermoelectric method for non-destructive control of the superficial layer of metals obtained by thermochemical cementation or nitration treatment.
