Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a tetrafluorboratului de potasiu conform inventiei, consta în aceea cî folosind ca materii prime fluorurî de amoniu de concentratie 100...140g/1F, clorura de potasiu sau sulfat de potasiu si acid boric luate în proportie respectiv de 1: 1,3:1 fata de stoichiometric acestea sunt supuse reactiei la temperaruri cuprinse între 60 si 90 degree C timp de 40....60 min dupa care amestecul de reactie este acidulat la pH=0,5 cu un acid mineral ;i apoi este r[cit la temperatura de 20....2C ;i ]n continuare produsul este separat prin decantare ;i filtrat pe filtru de ap[ la un resort solid: lichid S:L=1:2 si în final este uscat la 100....139 degree C adaosul de clorura sau sulfat de potasiu se poate face ca solutie 30% în apa sau ca sare solida iar pentru acidularea solutiei se foloseste ca acid mineral acidul azotic 58.....60% sau acidul sulfuric 60% sau acidul clorhidric 35%.
