Abstract

Inventia se refera la un fluid pentru decapararea sîrmei de cupru, obtinuta prin laminarea la cald pe un laminor în flux continuu. Sîrma de cupru obtinuta prin laminare la cald prezinta o suprafata acoperita cu un strat de oxid de cupru. Pentru înlaturarea stratului de oxid, inventia de fata foloseste o solutie continînd 2,5.....3% greutate alcool etilic pentru reducerea oxidului cupros 0,005.....0,007% greutate 2-mercapto benztiazolat de potasiu în calitate de pasivator 0,5......0,7% hidroxid de potasiu. Fluidul pentru decapare se utilizeaza în instalatiile de decapare în flux continuu, cu laminarea la cald a sîrmei de cupru.
