Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de hidrosulfurare a unor reziduuri petroliere cu continut de asfaltene, prin tratarea acestora cu hidrogen, în prezenta unei compozitii catalitice, care contine, pe un suport de alumina, compusi cu sulf ai unui metal din grupa a-VI-a B a Tabelului periodic al elementelor ca, de exemplu, molibden, în proportie de 0,5...12% si 0,5...5% dintr-un compus al unui metal din grupa a VIII-a a Tabelului periodic, ca de exemplu cobalt, si se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca, în scopul îndepartarii sulfului din materia prima cu continut de asfaltene într-o proportie de cel putin 80...90%, utilizeaza o compozitie catalitica avînd o densitate cuprinsa între 1,05 si 1,30 g/cm3 si în care suportul de baza de gama-alumina are un diametru mediu al porilor cuprins între 20 si 300 A, un volum al porilor de 0,1...1 ml/g si o suprafata specifica de 100...500 m2/g.The present invention relates to a process for the hydrous sulphurisation of petroleum residues containing asphaltenes by treating them with hydrogen in the presence of a catalytic composition containing, on an alumina support, sulfur compounds of a Group VI metal B of the Periodic Table of the elements such as, for example, molybdenum in the proportion of 0.5-12% and 0.5-5% of a metal compound of Group VIII of Table periodically, such as cobalt, and characterized in that, in order to remove the sulfur from the raw material containing asphaltenes in a proportion of at least 80-90%, it uses a catalytic composition having a density of between 1, 05 and 1.30 g / cm3, and wherein the gamma-alumina base support has an average pore diameter of 20 to 300 A, a pore volume of 0.1 to 1 ml / g and a specific surface area 100 ... 500 m2 / g.
