Abstract
Medicament pentru tratamentul afectiunilor reumatismale inflamatorii. este un hidrolizant din ser de cal, sub forma de lichid limpede de culoare galbui sau slab brunm cu pH cuprins între 6 si 8, avînd polipeptide cu greutate moleculara cuprinsa între 3000....300000, un continut de azot total de 10...40 mg si azot amidic de 3...5 mg. Procedeul pentru obtinerea medicamentului care consta în aceea ca în scopul obtinerii unui produs lichid de antigenitare se hidrolizeaza serul de cal limpede cu apa distilata si acidul clorhidric concentrat la temperatura de 120 degree C, timp de 60 min, dupa îndepartarea precipitatului supernatantului se aduce la pH=8 si se amesteca cu apa, dupa care urmeaza sterilizarea si conditionarea în fiole injectabile.
