Inventia se refera la un procedeu de alimentare cu saramura a electrolizoarelor cu diafragma care consta în introducerea saramurii prin cadere libera sub forma de jet dispersat în picaturi cu ajutorul unui dispozitiv rotativ antrenat de energia cinetica a saramurii introdusa cu o presiune hidrostatica de cel putin 0,2 at. Prin aplicarea inventiei se reduce pierderea de curent prin coloana de alimentare, se mareste durata de functionare a diafragmelor si se elimina coroziunea electrochimica datorita curentilor exteriori.The invention relates to a process for supplying brine to the diaphragm electrolyzer which consists in introducing brine by falling freely in the form of a droplet dispersed jet by means of a rotary device driven by the kinetic energy of the brine introduced with a hydrostatic pressure of at least 0, 2 at. By applying the invention, the loss of current through the feed column is reduced, the diaphragm operation time is increased and electrochemical corrosion is eliminated due to external currents.
