Abstract

Procedeul de purificare a uleiurilor de lubrifiere uzate prin contactarea acestora cu o solutie apoasa saturata de sare de amoniu aleasa dintre sulfatul de amoniu, bisulfatul de amoniu, fosfat de acid de amoniu, tiosulfat de amoniu, polifosfat de amoniu, sulfat de uree, sulfat de guanidina, fosfat de uree, la temperatura de 60...120 degree C, timp de 30 min...1h, dupa care se separa faza apoasa iar prin ridicarea temperaturii pâna la 140 degree C, timp de 30 min...2h, iar produsul de reactie ramas se încalzeste la temperatura de 320...420 degree C timp de 15...30 min pentru descompunerea unei parti din sarurile de amoniu ale acidului sulfonic si acizilor dialchilditiofosforic formati, consta în aceea ca uleiul filtrat rezultat din proces se hidrateaza cu hidrogen în prezenta unui catalizator de hidrotratare, uleiul filtrat fiind în prealabil încalzit la temperatura de 200...280 degree C.
