Procedeu de obtinere a acizilor grasi nesaturati din grasimi animale prin hidroliza, distilare, racire si cristalizare, la care, în scopul obtinerii unor randamente ridicate de acizi grasi nesaturati, grasimile animale supuse hidrolizei se amesteca cu uleiuri vegetale si/sau acizi reziduali de la racirea acestora într-un raport gravimetric cuprins între 1:1 si 1:2.
