Abstract

Inventia se refera la un regulator de presiune gaz/presiune aer cu actiune directa, destinat buclelor de reglare a raportului la arzatoarele industriale. Reglarea raportului presiunilor de gaz si aer la arzator se efectueaza prin compararea acestorala nivelul membrelor servomotorului pneumatic al regulatorului, care comanda deschiderea sectiuneii de trecere a robinetului cu ventil. Modurile distincte de conectare a prizelor de impuls gaz si aer la regulator dau posibilitatea realizarii a trei raporturi de referinta ale caror valori pot fi modificate prin deschiderea unui ventil manual cu trei cai montat pe conducta de impuls aer. Regulatorul de raport se utilizeaza în buclele de automatizare a arzatoarelor industriale cu scopul mentinerii constante a raportului presiune gaz/presiune aer, în gamele de variatii ale presiunilor inpuse de necesitatile deservirii proceselor tehnologice deservite de arzatoare.
