Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a 0-(beta-hidroxietil)-rutinei prin hidroxietilarea rutinei cu etilenclorhidrina în mediu de NaOH si anume reactia de hidroxietilare se realizeaza la raporturi molare/ rutina/ etilenclorhidrina/NaOH de 1:5:5 prin adaugarea etilen-clorhidrinei peste solutia apoasa alcalina de rutina la temperatura camerei, perfectare la 80 degree C, timp de o ora, acidularea la pH= 3,5...4, distilare azeotropa a apei, dizolvarea masei de reactie în metanol, decolorare si precipitare sub racire cu etanol absolut sau izobutanol.
