Abstract

Procedeu pentru acoperirea semintelor, conform inventiei, este utilizat pentru întîrzierea graminatiei la seminte prin acoperirea cu o pelicula continua de polimer, operatiile de acoperire fiind astfel dirijate încît etapa de amestecare a semintelor este continua numai pîna la un punct la care amestecarea în continuare ar provoca deteriorari nedorite, etapa acumularii masei de seminte acoperite este efectuata în timp ce compozitia de acoprerire, continuarea întaririi masei de seminte acumulate este efectuata în timp ce se mentine masa aglomerata este efectuata înainte de întarirea completa a masei de seminte, preferabil în mai mult de o ora de cînd compozitia de acumulare este aplicata prima data pe seminte. Instalatia pentru acoperirea semintelor este alcatuita dintr-un subansamblu moara cu palete închis, ce sustine la partea superioara niste dispozitive de umplere, pulverizare si activare iar la un capat o tubulatura pentru un suflator, subansamblul care cominica la partea inferioara printr-un tunel cu un subansamblu de transport pentru semintele acoperite într-un subansamblu de dezaglomerare si care trec în continuare printr-o deschidere într-un buncar de seminte.
