Abstract
Inventia face parte din domeniul de fabricare a produselor din azbociment si rezolva cresterea rezistentei la soc mecanic a placilor de azbociment realizate cu 85% sorturi inferioare de azbest care în prezent prezinta frecvente spargeri la manipulare, transport si în exploatare. Noul procedeu, conform inventiei, prevede cresterea rezistentei la soc mecanic a placilor de azbociment prin intercalarea în procesul lor de formare a unui adaos sum forma de emulsie organica sau anorganica si a unei folii plastice. Procedeul permite fabricarea placilor de azbociment proces continuu, fara scaderea productivitatii instalatiilor. Noul procedeu permite cresterea rezistentei la soc mecanic cu 11,9% a placilor de azbociment realizate cu 85% sorturi inferioare de azbest pentru un continut de azbest de 16% în masa si cu 84% pentru un continut de azbest în masa de 11,84%. Procedeul nou asigura o comportare satisfacatoare în timp a placilor de azbociment si caracteristicile fizico-mecanice prevazute în normele în vigoare.
