Abstract

Inventia se refera la o unitate de ghidaj cu role pentru conducerea pieselor si subansamblurilor în miscare rectilinie, cum ar fi sania masinilor-unelte, masa glisanta si altele similare. Ea este formata dintr-un corp profilat avînd cale de rulare cu fata portanta plana, corpul profilat fiind conjugat în vederea functionarii caii continui de rostogolire, cu capetele de întoarcerea rolelor si cu piese de mentinerea acestora pe cale de rulare. Ujnitatea este caracterizata prin aceea ca, în scopul simplificarii tehnologiei de realizare, cresterii durabilitatii si preciziei unitatii, o suprafata portanta a corpului profilat se afla într-un plan comun ce delimiteaza acest corp profilat pe fata comuna cu suprafata portanta. în corpul profilat sunt practicate niste gauri de trecere si cel putin o canelura necesara aplicarii unor organe de conducerea rolelor, legatura în acest organ si corpul profilat reasizîndu-se prin organe de fixare ce strabat gaurile de trecere.
