Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a formei, conform inventiei, prevede reducerea continua a 900....1000 degree C a minereului de fier oxidic sub forma de macroparticule alimentate într-un agregat vertical, în amestec cu combustibilul solid carbonifer inferior si cu adaos zgurificat si desulfurant uzual si care circula descendent gravitational în contracurent cu gazele de reducere, urmata de topirea în acelasi agregat si de evacuare a zgurei din zona de topire pe la partea inferioara a agregatului caldura necesara reducerii si topiri asigurata electric cîr si prin arderea unor combustibili inferiori în arzatoare, iar gazele de reactie avînd continutul necesar de CO si H2 dupa desprafuire fiind recirculate. în scopul optimizarii fluxului tehnologic, se efectueaza alimentarea continua a macroparticolelor de minereu de fieroxidic în amestec de 5...20% combustibil carbonifer ales dintre carbune bituminos, smoala si lignit si eventual cu 5% piatra de var sau/si dolomita si încalzire electrotermica a sarjei produse în zona superioara a agregatului, la un grad de metalizare sub 25% în zona centrala de reducere a agregatului, pentru ibtinerea cantitatii de caldura de circa 0,6 Gcal/to.m. fier redus, necasare reducerii subsecvente a sarjei la un grad de metalizare peste 90% si topirea sarjei în zona..........
