Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda si un dispozitiv pentru controlul nivelului de referinta într-o baie electrolitica destinata folosirii în industria aluminiului, dispozitivul asigurînd controlul nivelului baii fara a se recurge la masuri ale rezistentei ei electrice. Metoda, conform inventiei, consta în masurarea nivelului de sare, a densitatii de sare, a volumului metalului din celula electrolitica si determinarea de sare topita ce trebuie introdusa, volumul metalului topit determinîndu-se prin masurarea curentului ce trece prin celula si a pierderilor de caldura din celula cu doi senzori de temperatura. Dispozitivul este alcatuit dintr-un circuit de receptie a tensiunii de semnal care reprezinta nivelul de functionare prestabilit baii, un circuit pentru receptia tensiunii de semnal care reprezinta nivelul predeterminat si real, combinarea semnalelor respective avînd ca urmare generarea unui semnal de iesire care comanda admisia de material în baie.
