Abstract
Procedeu pentru recuperarea cobaltului din produsul reactiei de hidrocarboxilare rezultat prin carbon si apa sau alcanoli, în prezenta unui catalizator cu continut de cobalt si eventual a unui promotor produsul reactiei de hidrocarboxilare fiind mai întîi supus unei tratari oxidante si apoi separarii prin distilare, caracterizat prin aceea ca, reziduul cu continut de cobalt obtinut sub forma de cozi de distilare, este supus hidrogenarii timp circa 5 h, la temperatura de 160....180 degree C la o presiune de hidrogen la cald de 200....300 bari si în prezenta unui solvent ales dintre n+hexan si metanol, dupa care cobaltul metalic astfel obtinut este separat si apoi este supus reactiei cu un acid carboxilic avînd 1...4 atomi de carbon, diluat cu apa, de preferinta acid acetic în solutie apoasa, concomitent cu introducerea prin amestecul de reactie în stare de fierbere, a unui gaz astfel obtinuta fiind transformata într-o alta sare de cobalt solubila cel putin într-unul din reactantii reactiei de hidrocarboxilare, prin tratare cu un acidcarboxilic corespunzator.
