Inventia se refera la un liant pentru izolatii electrice constituit din cel putin o rasina epoxidica a bisfenolului A cu echivalent epoxidic 174....195, o rasina epoxidica pe baza de novolac, cu un echivalent epoxidic 175...182 si cel putin un agent de întarire, conform inventiei principale cu descrierea nr. 67509, care în scopul îmbunatatirii rezilientei la rece si la îmbatrînire, contine în plus o rasina epoxidica complexa de tip etoxilin constituita dintr-un derivat polieteric al unui compus organic polihidroxilic, precum si un poliester acid cu rol de întaritor, rezultat prin reactia dintre acid adipic si glicerina, rasina epoxidica complexa reprezentînd 10...25% în greutate din totalul de rasini epoxidice reprezentînd 10...25% în greutate raportat la totalul agentilor de întarire.
